FlashVote Pricing Structure
FlashVote is sold as an annual subscription that includes a multiple full-service surveys per year (not a one-off). Each survey is custom-built by FlashVote on any topic you choose – we handle question design, launch, fielding, and reporting—so your team gets decision-ready, statistically valid input without having to run surveys yourselves.
Your subscription also includes panel growth support so you can build a durable, always-on resident panel over time. We provide tested signup promotion messaging and guidance, and we can help boost and improve representation using targeted SMS invitations to residents (so you’re not just hearing from the same people every time).
Finally, FlashVote isn’t “software you’re stuck interpreting alone.” We’re available to review results with staff and, when helpful, brief leadership or present to council so findings land clearly and credibly.

Sole Source Procurement
FlashVote is frequently procured via sole source because it provides a unique combination of scientifically valid public input, rapid turnaround (48 hours), and multi-channel delivery (email, text, phone). We’re happy to provide a sole-source justification letter and example language used by other agencies. Just ask.
Standard Purchasing or RFP
We can respond to RFQs, RFPs, or competitive bid processes. Just note: because FlashVote is a full-service solution (not just software), comparing it to self-service survey tools often creates an apples-to-oranges challenge. We’re glad to help you shape your process in a way that reflects your actual decision needs.
Piggyback or Cooperative Contracts
Several customers have used existing cooperative purchasing agreements or piggybacked on similar services already procured. We can help identify relevant options for your state or region.
